Submit goods that you would like to buy yourself, i.e. what is still modern and in good condition. What you hand in should not be more than 2 to 3 years old.
We mix well-known brands with gold grains from the chains. Make sure that the clothes reflect the prevailing trend and season and sort out what is stained, broken or ruffled. The clothes should be washed and if they have been in the storage room for a while, they may need to be washed again. Shoes need to be cleaned before they are handed in.
The submission at (Vasastan, Göteborg och Östermalm) is open Monday – Friday 11-17.45. The submission at Sergel is open Monday-Friday 10-18.45. We do NOT accept clothes on the weekends. We have a drop-off station in each store where we receive and price the goods immediately when you arrive. Sometimes it can be a queue so be prepared that it may take some time. Unfortunately it is not possible to leave a bag and come back later. We are happy to see that you bring a maximum of 20 items per submission. Submitted goods are in the store for 30 days. As a customer, you are responsible for picking up unsold goods if you want them back. If the goods have not been picked up after 30 days, they will be donated to the Stockholm City Mission or other charity.
WHAT WE SUBMIT:
We take in outerwear, dresses, sweaters, blouses, shirts, pants, jeans, skirts, shoes and accessories such as handbags, belts, shawls, jewelry, sunglasses. We mix brands with gold grains from the chains.
Brands that sell well at Arkivet are for instance Rodebjer, Toteme, Samsoe Samsoe, Ganni, COS, Acne, Hope, Dagmar, & Other stories, ATP Atelier, Louis Vuitton, Maria Nilsdotter, Isabel Marant, Day, Malene Birger och Mayla.
We do not submit: Training clothes, nightwear, swimwear, vintage, retro clothes, maternity clothes, wedding prom dresses and real fur (faux goes well).
We sell on commission, which means that you as a customer get paid in arrears for the goods sold and you then get 40% of the sales price. The archive receives clothes, shoes and accessories, which may cost a maximum of SEK 2995 in price, ie which we sell for SEK 2995 and the commission of these is 40% to you as a customer. The only exception that may cost more than SEK 2995 is bags that may cost a maximum of 9995k in price, the commission of these is 40%. You are registered as a customer with the Archive at your first submission, the goods we take in are registered, priced according to condition and timeliness and hung out in the store.
The goods are in the store for 30 days. After 30 days, you are responsible for picking up the goods that have not been sold and get money for what has been sold. Items that have not been sold or returned after 30 days are donated to charity. The money you have earned on your sold goods can be collected whenever you want and is registered in your customer account for 24 months until payment is made. You can choose to have your money deposited in your bank account or use it to shop in the store.
